Tired of losing weight but never being able to keep the weight off? Our 12 week programme provides you with 1:1 appointments with our Registered Nutritionist and Accredited Weight Management Practitioner. This is a personalised programme tailor-made to meet your weight loss goals. As part of this programme you will have access to exercise and toning classes held at Perform, and you can also receive behaviour change therapy to support you in making changes that will lead to maintaining your weight loss for the long-term.
Are you a newly diagnosed diabetic needing advice on the best type of eating plan, maybe you’ve had diabetes for some time but struggled to maintain recommended blood glucose levels? Do you have a condition such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, polycystic ovary syndrome, arthritis, anaemia or fibromyalgia – in most cases these conditions can be greatly improved by making dietary changes. We don’t recommend drastic ‘diets,’ instead we can advise you on how to make changes to your everyday eating that could benefit your health and wellbeing for the future.

We can carry out body fat and body muscle analysis, and provide you with a personalised dietary plan to help you meet your fitness goals. If you are recovering from injury or surgery, we can give you dietary advice which will compliment and assist the physical recovery programme you are following at Perform.

Dietary Analysis Consultation (1 hour) £60

Follow-up appointments (half an hour) £40
